Join him for an intimate conversation on design as he shares valuable insight and interesting anecdotes from some of his favorite projects over the years.

Mick De Giulio is an American designer, internationally acclaimed for his innovative kitchens and kitchen products. His residential work has been celebrated in leading design publications including Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, Interior Design, Traditional Home, Germany’s Architektur & Wohnen, France’s Maison Francaise, and Italy’s Ottagano, as have his designs for notable companies including Kallista (a Kohler company), SieMatic, Sub-Zero/Wolf/Cove, and Tech Lighting, a Visual Comfort & Co. brand. Mick founded his firm, de Giulio kitchen design, in 1984. Today, with a studio and a workshop in Chicago, his company also owns a metals artisan studio in Michigan. In 2005, Mick was recognized by Kitchen and Bath Business magazine as one of the fifty most influential people in the kitchen and bath industry over the last fifty years, and in 2016, he was inducted into Chicago’s Merchandise Mart Hall of Fame, receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award for his work in design. He is a frequent speaker at leading industry events, and he is the author of two books on kitchen design – Kitchen Centric (2010, Balcony Press) and Kitchen (2015, Pointed Leaf Press).
