Join us for an evening of craftivism, the practice of engaged creativity for political change and social justice. Beth McLaughlin, Fuller Craft Museum’s Chief Curator and a leader in this global movement, will talk about craftivism’s history and its influence today. Her presentation will be followed by an affirmation stitching workshop where you can use your creativity to make the world a better place.

Fuller Craft Museum is a crafts-based museum in the city of Brockton, Massachusetts, 25 miles south of Boston. It receives 20,000 visitors a year. It contains contemporary craft-based art of many different genres and origins. It is the only craft-based museum in the New England area. The museum was founded in 1969.
