RSVP via Eventbrite by Clicking Here

Join Lucy Lacoste, owner of one of the premier ceramics galleries in the country, for a virtual conversation about clay and vessels. She will be joined by Gary Roberts, board president of The Society of Arts + Crafts, and special guest artists who work in clay. Together they will share their insights on the creative process and why the vessel form endures as one of the most captivating forms of artistic expression.

Lucy Lacoste Gallery was founded in 1990 with a focus on ceramics. The gallery remains deeply committed to clay as an art medium focusing on contemporary, post-WWII ceramic artists, both established and emerging. In conjunction with its main ceramic shows, the gallery presents 2-D art several times a year to broaden the dialogue between its ceramic works and audience. Besides showcasing a roster of exciting and thoughtfully curated exhibitions, the gallery also offers for sale functional ceramic works by many well-known potters.
